Your generous support means that we can be there to help more children have safe and happy childhoods.

Occasionally we will contact you by telephone to let you know about the ways you are able to support the work that we do.

Who will contact me?

You may receive a call from our carefully selected telephone fundraising partner agency NTT.

If you receive a call from NTT on behalf of Action for Children it will come from the following phone number: 01293 220165

If you miss a call from our fundraisers you can ring back and hear an automated message to tell you who has called.

If you are ever unsure that the call you have received is on behalf of Action for Children and want to check you can contact our supporter care team who can also confirm this: 0300 123 2112 or [email protected].

Who we work with

Our telephone fundraising agency, NTT, was established in 1988 and is one of the leading telephone fundraising agencies in the UK. They work with a range of charities and comply with all relevant regulations, including those set by Ofcom and the Fundraising Regulator. The fundraisers you speak to have been fully trained by Action for Children and NTT to a high standard

Our fundraisers are passionate about raising money to support vulnerable children and are ambassadors for Action for Children.

When we call you, we will always check if you are happy to take the call. You can choose to end the call at any time.

What to do if you don’t want to receive these calls

We respect your wishes and you can change your communications preferences at any time by contacting our supporter services team on 0300 123 2112 or [email protected].

Alternatively, you can tell the fundraiser that calls you that you no longer wish to receive phone calls from Action for Children and we will cease calling you.

Do we record calls

NTT records every call to ensure we can listen to any feedback or concerns our supporters may raise. It allows us to ensure that our conversations are high quality. Recordings are stored for six months.

What to do if you have a complaint or feedback

It’s important to us that the conversations we have with our supporters are of the highest quality. If you have any feedback or complaints about a call you received from Action for Children, we want to know.
