Iona Wyn Turner

Iona is Head of External Communication for the Welsh Government and has over 25 years communication and management experience.

Prior to joining the Welsh Government, Iona worked in the health and housing sectors and graduated from Aberystwyth in Economics and Politics and gained a Masters degree from Cardiff.

Giving children the best start in life is so important to Iona and she uses her skills and experience to support the Action for Children Wales Committee. Iona lives in Cardiff and is a fluent Welsh speaker.
