Necia Lewis

Necia has worked for Hafan Cymru for 17 years and is currently Director of Operations for South Wales. Prior to her current role, she has worked in a variety of roles with children and young people. These include school settings, behaviour support units, and family homes as support for parents, summer play schemes and preschool groups.

As Director of Operations, Necia oversees projects and accommodation including women’s refuges and safe houses, young people’s shared accommodation, women only projects, housing schemes and independent domestic violence advisors.
