We aim to reduce homelessness with young people by providing a range of interventions
We aim to reduce homelessness with young people by providing a range of interventions, including housing advice, conflict resolution, education in schools, group work and support for the individual young person.
We offer a general counselling and support service including befriending, advising on food preparation, reminding and non-specialist counselling where this does not overlap with similar services provided as personal care or personal support.
Our service assists young people, between the ages of 16 - 25, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
We aim to provide:
- A welcoming and accessible service that respects and values young people as individuals.
- A professional, non-judgemental, and confidential space in a safe and comfortable environment.
- Support in partnership with young people and where appropriate their families, employers, organisations and individuals.
- Information and guidance to encourage young people to make informed healthy decisions.
