Developed in partnership between Action for Children and Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Park House is a three-bedroom bungalow offering children and teenagers with disabilities short-term, planned residential breaks
Our project is designed to meet the needs of children and young people aged between 7 and 18 with physical and learning disabilities. Park House is easily accessible to wheelchair users.
Park House is a new, purpose-built property in the heart of Port Talbot community. It is situated close to local amenities such as parks, shopping centres and beaches. The premises has three single bedrooms, all en-suite. There is a kitchen, dining room, sensory room and television lounge as well as a large garden which includes an enclosed area for safe play.
Wedi’i ddatblygu ar y cyd rhwng Gweithredu dros Blant a Chyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Castell-nedd Port Talbot, byngalo gyda thair ystafell wely yw Park House, sy’n cynnig gwyliau preswyl tymor byr wedi’i drefnu i blant a phobl ifanc yn eu harddegau sydd ag anableddau.
Mae Park House yn adeilad newydd sydd wedi cael ei adeiladu’n bwrpasol, ac mae’n rhan ganolog o gymuned Port Talbot. Mae’n agos at amwynderau lleol fel parciau, canolfannau siopa a thraethau. Mae'n cynnwys tair ystafell wely sengl – pob un yn en-suite – yn ogystal â chegin, ystafell fwyta, ystafell synhwyraidd, lolfa gyda theledu, a gardd fawr sy'n cynnwys darn caeedig i bawb gael chwarae'n ddiogel.
Bwriad ein prosiect yw diwallu anghenion plant a phobl ifanc rhwng 7 ac 18 oed gydag anableddau corfforol a dysgu. Mae Park House yn hwylus iawn ar gyfer cadeiriau olwyn.
