Our service assists young people, who have left - or are in the process of leaving - care
We offer, primarily, a Housing support and advice service as well as emotional support and signposting, advice on food preparation, benefits advice and practical support i.e. filling in application forms etc.
Our service assists young people, between the ages of 16 - 25, Enniskillen and 16 -18 in Omagh who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, and young people who have left Care or are in the process of leaving Care.
We aim to provide:
- a welcoming and accessible service that respects and values young people as individuals;
- a professional, non-judgemental and confidential way in a safe and comfortable environment;
- work in partnership with young people and where appropriate their families, employers, organisations and individuals;
- provide information and guidance to encourage young people to make informed healthy decisions.
