Harlequin day nursery has a 37 place capacity, caring for children between 0 to 5 years
We are open between the hours of 8am and 6pm so that parents can access employment, training or support services.
The nursery offers a wide range of services to local children, young people and families within the local community.
A walking bus has been in place between the day nursery and the infant school since September 2009. This was created to support the needs of the parents who are working or studying locally.
Parents are able to access their child’s entitlement the education grant funding for 3 and 4 year olds and hours can be arranged to best suit their needs.
Harlequin Day Nursery is also part of Essex County Council's two year pilot scheme, where parents who meet specific criteria can also access 15 hours of funded nursery care.
